support the configuration of route-maps and filters on BGP setup

We use BGP Setups for connection from IPS serveurs to our switches (client side).

We need inter-IPS connections to have better network performances for IPS to IPS data copy. These connections use also BGP protocol.

When we add these inter IPS connections, the inter connection network is published on the public network, despite it is a private network and it should not be published.

So, we have to add filter on our switches to avoid propagation of these networks.

We would like IBM to implement route-maps to be able to restrict propagation of these networks outside of the IPS machines.
