Data Virtualization : Ability to edit joined tables query and synchronize linked catalog and projects asset

We use the data virtualization component of CP4D to connect to external datasources and link them to internal datasources. We virtualize these data and join different virtualized tables (internal + external) to each other. Then we publish the virtualized view to the catalog and assign it to the related project(s) for usage in our notebooks.

Once a virtualized join is created, we can't change the underlying query. Suppose we made a mistake, or we want to add a filter or add a user-defined calculation, this can't be done by simply editing the virtualized join and changing its definition.

In order to do this currently, we need to create a new virtualized join and manually do all the necessary steps to update the related catalog assets and projects assets.
