WKC User Interface for workflow status and management

WKC should have a workflow status UI and workflow information in the reporting data mart to create reports around workflows.

User Story

As an Administrator of WKC I need to be able to view and run reports on metrics of change requests (CRs).

  • Within the WKC UI, I need to see status of workflow and if it is past due?

  • On the workflow task status page, I need to see a column which tells me, if the task is past due, how many days the task is past due

  • On the workflow task status page, I need to see who the task is assigned to

  • On the workflow task status page, I need to see who the task is claimed by

  • Within WKC, I need the reminder that a task is past due repeated at a configurable interval until the task is completed/reassigned; email to be sent as well until task is completed/reassigned.

  • Reassignment of task if it is n (configurable) days past due.
