Close API gaps for dev to test to prod deployment process

Need well documented and supported process for building skills / collections on a dev environment, then test, then propagate to two separate production clusters for HA DR.
We seem close to that with export/import APIs that can be driven by CI/CD pipelines, but to allow full end to end automation incl automatic creation of instances, assistants, etc on prod systems there still are some gaps.Need sufficient APIs for end to end automation of deploying agents / new versions of agents incl skills and collections to multiple prod environments.

    The Watson Assistant Team plans to eable CI/CD automation of Watson Assistant Deployments through the following public APIs

    • Enablement of core Assistant

      • Create an Assistant

      • Update an Assistant

      • Delete an Assistant

      • List an Assistant

    • Modify an Assistant for different environments

      • Create an environment for an Assistant

      • Update an Environment

      • List all Environments (already public)

      • Get an Environment (already public)

    • Modify the content in the draft environment

      • Get Skill

      • Update Skill

    • Enablement to take the Assistant live

      • List release (already public)

      • Get Release (already public)

      • Deploy release into an environment (already public)

      • Creating a new release/publishing a version

    Since everything now runs off environment – customers are encouraged to use the following endpoints

    • Runtime API•/v2/assistants/{assistant_id}/environments/{environment_id}/message

    • Or /v2/assistants/{assistant_id}/environments/{environment_id}/sessions/{session_id}/message
