Ability to override FluentD logging config

IBM logging configuration setup on Kubernetes Service - that creates daemon set resource for "FluentD' whose configuration values are managed by IBM itself. The issue with the current setup is the inability to fine tune any of the configured values for the log data collection as per the needs of the cluster. If provided the ability to manage/over ride any of the values in Config and ensuring that these values be maintained even after any future releases by IBM - that way it will give app teams the flexibility of best using the resources when needed.

    Hi Arjun, thank you for submitting this requesting, we have been reviewing this request, and during our investigation we need some additional clarification. It is not not clear if you are referring to the fluentd inside of the zen-audit Service or the Kubernetes Log Collection. (One of the main reasons for this uncertainty is that Cloud Pak for Data does not create any daemonsets.
