Add support for Dynatrace for click stream analysis

To manage, monitor, and improve the use of Watson Knowledge Catalog we need to monitor who is signed on, what operations they are performing, and what artifacts or assets they are using. We need to do historical click stream analysis to monitor the paths taken through the system to determine how to improve the organization of the metadata, to facilitate training, and to continuously improve use of WKC. GM uses Dynatrace software for other such browser-based applications, but WKC does not place all the required cookies and related information on the servers so that Dynatrace can find and consume them. We need full integration with Dynatrace and any other such click stream analysis software.
