Optimize performance of WKC and Guardium to minimize the latency

Optimize performance of Guardium E-STAP and minimize the latency overhead (130ms) currently being seen during WKC/GDP MVP for large customer  - Optimization considers on all components of solution should be considered (i.e. WKC pooling/caching, getEntitlements API for GDP caching to call - Installation optimization for GDP e-stap to run on same CP4D openshift (and any optimizations there) environment, etc.

A Guaridum RFE will be opened as well - we are opening both due to the level of integration between the products that might be required.

Tearadata: Our top priority and focus needs to be on Gaurdium deployment architecture that will be operational and scalable at Client. Come January, we don’t come short when Clientwants to put Guardium in production to protect Teradata sources. Note that GA version comes out on 12/20 but we don’t have installation and deployment process that we can provide to Clientwith the release.

Solutions for Oralce, MySQL, Hadoop (all on linux) and MS-SQL (on windows) are needed as well - so this may be support for the local stap and e-stap.
