Option to delete backend PVC upon Storage Volume deletion

We would need to have an option to delete the back end Openshift PVC upon deleting the Storage volume from CPD UI. Based on our experience and the case I raised with IBM Support, looks like this doesn't happen now and PVC will still remain as is even though the Storage volume is deleted from front end.

 

In a corporate environment, there could be multiple business use cases running on this CPD platform. In case, a business wants to move their use case away from CPD, they do not want to retain their data on the platform and would require us to clear the whole data. So, there has to be an option available for the users to delete backend PVC upon storage volume deletion.

 

Also, in case a Storage Volume is configured with an incorrect configuration, right now, there is no option to edit the storage volume. We can't even recreate the storage volume with the same name as backend PVC still exists with the same name.
