Catalog Admins should be able to manage Private Assets

Currenty only Asset Owners or Members can view a Private Asset. Admins should be able to take the same actions on private assets as public assets. Admins of a catalog should be able to see private assets to ensure that the correct asset members are added. If customer Admins are not able to see the members and owners, then a member could be added that's not supposed to see the data. There could also be a problem if someone adds an asset that requires a data protection rule, but if Admins don't know the asset was added and don't have a data protection rule in place, then sensitive data could be leaked to asset members.

    Hi Joe, thank you for submitting the enhancement request. We've added this to the roadmap, targeting 2024. Once we've done a more detailed assessment, we'll update you with the a more accurate target milestone.
