Allow Metadata Discovery and Data Linage Discovery for all database schema/table names, including those that begin with SYS

In the WKC Metadata Discovery and Data Linage Discovery (asset browser team) the asset browser is suppressing database schema names that begin with SYS.  This is a very dangerous and incorrect practice since many applications use a variation on SYS naming to name application level schemas and tables.  Current examples are SYSADM and SYSDATA which in the case of our database are NOT system internal schema but rather application level data schemas which are needed by CP4D.  The practice of filtering any schema or table name should be discontinued as the assumption that all names being SYS are system level objects is incorrect.
