Enable SubCategories to be moved from one Category to another without rebuilding the entire hierarchy

Customer data environments are somewhat fluid especially during the initial development/deployment of a knowledge catalog.  A subcategory that is originally built under one category often needs to be moved to a different parent category.  To do this, the csv files for the hierarchy must be rebuilt.  This is a time-consuming, tedious process.  Having the ability to click a "move subcategory" button, then specify the new parent category would greatly improve the usability of the product.
