Partitioned reads from Google BigQuery should permit selection of column used to generate the partition query

BigQuery database supports partitioning of tables like range partitioning and time partitioning. If the table is already partitioned on the database side, then that particular column will be used to create the partition queries: https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/partitioned-tables

If the table is not partitioned on the database side, the first column will be used to generate the partition query. Thats how the connector read is currently designed. But it would be good to give the user the possibility to select the column that should be used to generate the partition query, because sometimes the first column does not offer a good distribution of the rows, e.g. if it contains only few different values.
