Supporting access to system logs on nzsaas from nzcli

It is useful to investigate error messages in connections to Netezza such as 'timeout expired' among others or to validate execution of scripts to kill long queries etc. This way, administrators of the Netezza environment in Sicoob will continue to be able to try to solve these problems, among others. And users of the analytical environment will be able to benefit from greater speed in resolving problems related to Netezza. The access to the log files 'pg.log' and 'dbos.log' can work through nz tool as other NPSaaS commands (nzbackup, nzsession etc.) or Software Support Tools scripts (e.g.: nz_altered_tables, nz_skew etc.).
