Keep and maintain at least 2 or 3 Python and R runtime versions in each release of CP4D

Multiple companies and industries work with CP4D for data science models. These models use multiple versions of Python or R runtimes and different open-source libraries that are compatible with the runtime version used to build the model. Clients are not able to maintain and modify their entire set of models every time CP4D has an upgrade release version and deprecates another runtime.

As of today, CP4D v4.8.x only supports Python v3.10. Fewer releases before they supported python 3.9 as well as Python 3.10 at the same time. However, now only one version of Python is supported.

Other vendors of Data Science platforms are supporting multiple versions of Python runtimes at the same time because they know that the clients are not fast enough to upgrade their entire set of models to the latest versions possible. Also, multiple clients have CP4D on-prem inside a DMZ and do not suffer vulnerabilities as if they were on Cloud.

The CP4D platform is intended to be a platform that manages DEV, TEST, QA, and PROD stages for a complete lifecycle of a model. Having only 1 version of the Python or R runtimes does not let the clients to test how their models work in a different version of Python or R to upgrade their Runtime versions and move their models into production.

Also, it is important to clarify that the latest version of CP4D (v4.8.5) does not have the latest version of Python available (v3.12) neither the previous one Python v3.11.
