Improve the functionality of the Join stage

Currently when doing a join in DataStage and tyring to achieve the same as e.g. a between in a SQL join, you either have to use the Lookup stage (which has other limitations, is not well documented (according to documentation, the Lookup stage does not require sorted data, which is not true for a Range Lookup) and not easy to correctly add manuall partitioning, or do a join on the key only and afterwards in a Transformer Stage filter for a between or Greater/Lesser condition.

In my opinion the Join Stage should be improved to be able to not only have Equal conditions, but also Greater [Equal], Lesser [Equal] and Between, enabling to code the same functionality as in a SQL join. The TETL and ELT functionaliyt would also benefit from this.
