Certificate renewal needs to be more transparent and controlled in a time convenient

Customer is using the Watson Studio IDE with Jupyter, spark. They have a team of 30-40 data scientist that work during the day and it appears an internal CP4D certificate renewal. This caused 150 pods to reboot during the day. Although this task should be transparent when doing rolling updates, in a cluster with multiple ide this will kill the pods the data scientists were working with. This can have them loose work or restart what they were working on. This is highly inconvenient when this happens at 11h30 local during the day. We need longer renewal time and some awareness in the gui options that this might occur. Ideally have a setting to select a time and time this can occur so that it can be planned and not impact users.
