We are facing a sync issue between GS and CAMS very frequently which is hurting downstream user experience negatively and making downstream applications unreliable.

    Can you provide some additional information on the specific scenario where this problem is arising? Its not clear from the description if this is about pods or queues failing (resiliency) or if this is about the speed with which updates to CAMS are available in global search (sync issue). If the latter, could you provide details on what the current lag time is, what the expected time is, and what the impact of this change would be for your users.
