Duplicate Related Values Error Handling

When importing multi-related values into an RDS via a csv and there's a duplicate on one row the import bombs out with the error and no related values are imported after that point, even the correct ones.

Instead of an error, it would be helpful if all the errors are written to a file (similar to importing RDV via csv) so the problematic relationship/s can be investigated in the csv. Some of our files are extremely large (>100 000 RDV) and can have more than 20 related values per reference data value. It's really easy to make a mistake in the csv file when adding all the related values on one row. Based on the error message, it's extremely difficult to analyse the related values to find and delete the duplicate.
