The ability to create custom URLs that retrieves data from AIOps to be used in the custom cards

When creating new custom cards with a dynamic set of data you use the data_url attribute to provide the custom card with a URL that retrieves data from AIOps components (Alerts, Incedints, Resource management, etc..) and can't use external URL for security reasons.

Currently, the user can't create a new URL that retrieves the data from any component which leads to a lack of customizing the homepage as the customer needs to.


For example, If you need to create a new donut custom card that groups the alerts by their sender, you won't be able to do that because you can't create a new URL to provide the custom card with so you can only use the default URLs used in the default cards or use static data.


So, we need to be able to create these URLs to satisfy the business needs using the custom cards.
