You cannot do folder export from the UI. You can select pipeline and use export with dependencies which would be of some help from the UI.
Alternately you can use CPDCTL to do that if you have not done that before. you need to set your env first.
./cpdctl config profile set profile_name --url https://cpd-zen.apps.xxx --username cpadmin --password cpadmin_pwd
export CPDCTL_ENABLE_DSJOB=TRUE
./cpdctl dsjob export-folder --project xxx--name foldername --file-name foldername_export.zip –deep --profile_name xxx
