Enable masking credentials by default

Provide an external feature to enable "Masking" of sensitive credentials which can be retrieved through API calls for all CP4D Platform Connections.

The security team at LMCO is asking if we can provide a feature to enable "Masking" of sensitive credentials which can be retrieved through API calls for all CP4D Platform Connections. The current behavior for creating new Platform Connection is that the "Masking" of sensitive credentials is disabled by default, and enabled if the end user chooses to Mask credentials. LMCO wants to changed this to have all Platform Connections Mask sensitive credentials by default. This would be for all, existing and new connections.
