Enhance email notifications for job completions by providing more detailed information and direct links to results.

Currently, users receive email notifications upon the completion of MDE or DQ rule jobs, but these notifications lack essential details and only include a link to the job log. To improve the user experience and facilitate quicker access to results, it is necessary to include more comprehensive information in these emails. This could involve detailing the number of assets that completed successfully versus those that failed, as well as the number of records for DQ rules that met or did not meet the specified conditions. Additionally, direct links to the relevant results, such as the MDE output or the output table for DQ rules, should be provided to streamline access.
