Enable Metadata Enrichment Data Quality output table support across similar connection types

Currently, certain connectors, such as 'PostgreSQL', support the Data Quality output table, while others with similar functionality—such as 'Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL'—do not. Although these connectors handle comparable data fields and structures, the absence of Data Quality output table support in some limits the potential for consistent data quality management across different but similar data sources. Extending Data Quality output table capabilities to all similar connectors would standardize the experience, ensuring that users can apply consistent data quality processes across various environments.

    Hello Marcus,

Could you please clarify whether the IBM DB2 connector can be used, for example, with an IBM Db2 Warehouse database to populate the Data Quality output table? We’re trying to understand if more general connector types, like IBM DB2, can work with specific database types such as IBM Db2 Warehouse, IBM Db2 Big SQL, or IBM Db2 for z/OS—or if we should always use a specific connector type for populating the Data Quality output table.
