User notification and Audit trail

Hi,

This is in reference to IBM ticket # CS3963530.  Below 3 Items were discussed as part of this IBM ticket and recently we are informed that to raise enhancement request.

item1:

We have raised above ticket few months back  when we noticed that a User Notification is missing when more than one admin is working at the same time on PROJDEF parameter set.

We have demonstrated the issue/findings to IBM support on few meetings. In our latest meeting with Gabriel Toral <gtorall@us.ibm.com>/product development team on 11/07/2024 - we were told to submit a enhancement request ( rather than tracking it as part of a ticket).  Product team has demonstrated that a upfront user notification cab be a possibility and they can look into it to better inform users when they are working concurrently on  PROJDEF parameter set.

Item2:

We have noticed that a User Notification is missing when more than one user is working at the same time on a given CP4D Flow.

We have demonstrated the issue/findings to IBM support on few meetings. In our latest meeting with Gabriel Toral <gtorall@us.ibm.com>/product development team on 11/07/2024 - we were told to submit a enhancement request ( rather than tracking it as part of a ticket).  Product team has demonstrated that a upfront user notification cab be a possibility and they can look into it to better inform users when working with Flows.

Item3:

Is there a way that we can track all the activities a user is doing in CP4D ( Audit trial ) .  Ex. of activities like who updated a flow/pipeline recently , who updated parameter set or other assets recently and what type of changes were made, etc. - which will help to track

For more details please refer to IBM ticket # CS3963530.

As Development team is already aware of this and the possible options that can be considered for this , request Gabriel to forward this enhancement request to concern team/ people.

Thank you.

Regards,

Sharath
