Possibility to bookmark own content

In our operating model users are working strictly with limited amount of catalog items/categories/projects. So instead of every time "finding" ones content by re-browsing all catalogs/categories/projects again it would be great to be able to bookmark/favorite/star/tag ones content and that to appear on the front page of CP4D right after login.

Above would reduce the number of clicks significantly and make everyone's life so much easier.

    Hi,

    Even with project and catalogs just having the recent tabs including 5 entries is like using browser history instead of bookmarks. In case of categories it's even worse as we model so many governance entities as categories and there 5 most recent entries would make people just angry. And having more than 5 in recent one does not maybe make any sense. Also the order of the entries is changing in recent window.

    So adding Favorite window and having there mini-tree of categories/projects/categories would the most awesome.

Highlight Catalogs in the List View

Enable the option to visually highlight specific catalogs in the catalog list (e.g., with color tags, icons, or priority markers) so that strategic or frequently used catalogs stand out for users.
