Add filter & "bulk edit" options to the list of artifacts under a category

Our users work a lot based on a certain primary category - there can be hundreds of terms and rules under one category ("data asset") they're responsible for.

For their way of working it would be natural to be able to filter (and also bulk edit/delete) on the artifacts in a similar way that one can now filter them under "Business terms" or "Rules" or...

First attachment shows what is available now for e.g. classifications.  Second shows how the same filtering should be available for the artifacts under a category.

    Hi Jukka,

Thank you for your comment. This idea makes sense, but we’re not able to prioritise it at the moment. Once it is prioritised, we’ll update the Aha! idea accordingly.

Hi Michal, this is not a blocker for our upcoming migration.

We are aware of this "workaround" you propose.

It's just that when a user is looking at the assets (terms,rules..) of one primary category, it is quite annoying to then have to move to view all terms, and apply the filter, do the needed and then repeat the same for the rules. When one already has the "primary category filtered" list in front of you.

    Hi,

Today, there is a workaround—go to Terms and filter by the primary category. Could you confirm if this is a viable workaround for you for the time being?

    Please see the attached screenshot.
