Lockheed Martin is running into issues with group membership not being properly reflected in Service and Collaborator roles associated with the group. The CP4D groups that have their membership come from an Active Directory group are assigned to a Service or Collaborator role. When a user is added to the Active Directory group, their membership is not automatically reflected in the CP4D Service/Collaborator role, but will only come the next time the user has logged into CP4D. A much bigger issue is when users are removed from the Active Directory group which is associated with a CP4D group and their removal is not properly reflected in CP4D until a CP4D Administrator manually deletes them.Discussing with Usermgmt team we were wondering if this is something that can be addressed as part of usermgmt-ldap-sync-cron-job . Can we look into bringing back the Openshift CronJob and improving it to sync users to meet this requirement.
