Options to make the Custom environment template to be available in all projects/Deployment spaces

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Whenever there are some vulnerabilities reported against the packages in We have been creating custom images and requesting users to create new custom environment with the new s/w config pointing to the new image. Users are feeling it hard to create one each time.

Currently only the default environments provided by Watson Studio are available in all spaces and Projects.

But when we create a custom environment with a custom image there should be an option to make it available to all the deployment spaces/Projects just like the default environments so that all users of the Application can make use of it instead of creating the new template each time.

I'm not sure how this would be implemented, but perhaps there could be a global registry for templates. When you create a template you could check a box to include it in the global registry or not. When you create a project you could see a list of non-default templates available and choose to include them or not. Perhaps at some higher admin level let templates in the global registry be flagged for auto-inclusion in new deployments/projects. And lastly would need some basic interface to allow management of the global registry (import/export/delete functions).
