CP4D and its various components are requesting too many resources

This is a behaviour we have seen at various customers where CP4D is requesting very high amount of cpu and memory and the real usage is very low.

At this precise customer, they have an OpenShift cluster of 120 cpu for a staging environment.

The real usage shows 5-6 cpu being used.

The various worker nodes are showing this nodes cpu resources are overcommited.

OpenShift gui overview shows 15.48 cpu really used, 174.5 free out of 190 cpu.

This customer is using the IKC and Datastage components.

Some DB2 pods are not starting because of this issue.

Infrastructure team don't want to give them more resources because they are barely using what they have.

I am finding the reservation on the pods is quite high compared to the real usage.

Scaling wkc to level 1 is helping on cpu request, no change on cpu limit. However it has no impact on memory.
