Data Refinery Fails to Process Aliased SQL Columns

A user running a Data Refinery flow against a SQL Query asset is encountering a SQL error. The user has aliased a column in the SQL query (e.g., from default_category_value to source_category_value). However, when the Data Refinery flow generates a WHERE clause (e.g., to filter out empty values), it incorrectly uses the original column name from the underlying source table. This causes the generated SQL to be invalid and the job to fail.

This issue breaks a fundamental workflow. Users expect the Data Refinery service to operate on the data as defined by the SQL Query asset, including the aliased column names. The current behavior forces users to either avoid aliasing columns or forgo the use of Data Refinery flows for these assets, which is a major limitation.
