Defect in logging of notebooks

Current Behavior:

Infinite Loop Notebook (withInfiniteLoopNotebook.png):
There are 5 cells. In the fourth cell, we intentionally included an infinite loop. In withInfiniteLoopLog.png, the log does not show what is actually running — it shows that cell 2 of 5 is running, but in reality, cell 4 (the infinite loop) is executing. This is incorrect behavior.

No Infinite Loop Notebook (withNoInfiniteLoopNotebook.png):
There are 5 cells, and the fourth cell is empty. The job completes successfully and the log (completedLog.png) is fully shown. This is the correct behavior for us.

Expected Behavior:

Infinite Loop Notebook (withInfiniteLoopNotebook.png):
There are 5 cells, and the fourth cell contains an intentionally created infinite loop. We manually generated expectedLog.png, which correctly shows that cell 4 of 5 is running and includes the logs from the previous cells. This is the behavior we expect.

Note:
There is an additional issue: we never see the execution of cell 1. It always starts logging from cell 2.
