Server Logs - Increase number of lines to display and download - Planning Analytics as a Service

Hello,

To reach the server logs in Planning Analytics as a Service, we need to access to the database in Planning Analytics Workspace (in a workbench). We have then a tab opened for server logs where we can either filter the lines to display or download the lines displayed.

The difficulty we are facing is when filtering on a period with a number of lines corresponding beyond the limit of 2000 lines.

We have then only a part of the lines expected for the filter applied. When trying to download, we note that the same 2000 lines are downloaded instead of all the lines expected for the filter applied.

It would be great if we could :

  • Increase the limit of 2000 lines displayed and have a message when the limit is reached.
  • Download server logs without limit of lines, with a confirmation box informing of the number of lines about to be downloaded.

Regards,

Erwann Ruiz Perdomo
