Clear visibility when the reporting DB sync is not happening as expected

We depend on the reporting DB to be correct.  At the moment we are not able to trust it, because there is a slow but steady stream of cases where the sync is not happening as expected.

We have had multiple PMR about the specific cases, which have been individually solved.

But you have not addressed the lack of transparency - we are expected to believe that the sync is happening as designed, and then we keep on discovering by reports from users (or by ourselves) that something is not being synced properly.  That is unacceptable state of affairs.

Based on current experience you are unable to provide us with 100% reliable sync - I sort of can undersand that.  But what it then means is that you MUST provide us with a way we can easily check that the sync is happening as expected.   If you already have such a functionality available, all the better - let us know what it is.

If you do not have it at the moment, I'm not the right person to discuss actual design with you, but please get in touch and we can together agree on how it should be done.
