Use the same design for Apply/Save/Cancel buttons

Currently design for the Apply/Save/Cancel is inconsistent, requiring users to search for buttons.

Apply/Save normally applies/saves and leaves an object/stage, but e.g. in the new transformer ui it saves without leaving the stage, also e.g. for Parametersets the save button does not close the object, while doing the same for a connection brings you back to your assets.

For Cancel, in most stages you have a Cancel button, in some stages like the new transformer ui or a Message handler, the is a X button, while e.g. currently for Parametersets, there is no button at all and you can only close the browser tab (or click on the breadcrumbs) to leave screen.

This should be improved to have a unified UI experience. I would suggest that for stages in DataStage flows or Watson Pipelines There should be a Apply/Save and a Cancel button in each stage or dialog. Clicking on one of those buttons, would leave this dialog.

For repository objects (Connections, Parametersets, Message handlers ...) there should only be a Save and Cancel button, but here I would sympatize with leaving the dialog open on save and only returning to your assets on cancel.

Needed By Not sure -- Just thought it was cool
