Add support to ldap:// URL type connection

It seems Oracle supports LDAP URL to connect to a DDBB instead the typical JDBC URL.

The idea of this capacity is abstract the real place where a DB is served from clients access, so they are able to move a service between instances and clients won't be impacted because via LDAP URL access they will get the specifics details for the connection.

Some time ago, we added Alternate Servers list to our connectors but this is not exactly what we need. This solves when an instance has an error and it can connects to other, but if a new instance is added or removed, if a service is moved to other servers.... we still have issues and service denial.

I think it should be an easy feature implementation as it is really implemented and supported by the underlying JDBC driver provided by Oracle.
