Capability for dynamic default selection in the single selector tile

We are having the Periods dimension used in the single selector tile in the workbook within Planning Analytics Workspace. The selector shows the list of the months within the current year. We have a business requirement that whenever the user opens the workbook the current month should be selected by default. There should some capability to  setting up the dynamic default selection based on the lookup cube value or attribute value or at least a capability to set the default selection based on the index (similar to SUBNM functionality in Planning Analytics for Excel).
