Activity log should retain persons name (and ID) even after that persons has left the company

Activity log is used for audit purposes.

At the moment if a user has left the company, then activity log will show "deactivated user" instead of the name. This breaks the audit trail.

While improving this you should also add unique identifier for the user, because in a big company there may be several John Smith.  So just displaying that John Smith published this term is not precise enough.  Preferably the ID should be something that the customer recognizes and can find from their own systems, instead of CP4D user ID which - I assume - is meaningless once the user has left the company.
