Native Unified Agent/Model Metrics Dashboard with Cross-Region Visualization

Current Openpage has limited dashboard capability. Also, OpenPage reports can be extended using cognos/PowerBI. Also the OpenPage provide API (Limited capabilities) and export data option to extend the solution for Building dashboards and reports. Since OpenPage is a single platform for all the needs of GRC, we would be requiring the following items

 

Unified Dashboard

Provide a centralized dashboard consolidating performance metrics for all agents across regions.

Cross-Region Aggregation

Enable visibility of metrics across multiple regions in a single view.

Drill-Down Capability

Allow filtering by region, deployment space, agent, and model without manual navigation.

Historical & Aggregated Reporting

Support time-based analysis (daily, weekly, monthly) reflecting overall agent behaviour—not just last run.

OpenPages Data Visibility

Provide transparency into data sent to OpenPages, including payload inspection and traceability.

 

 

Exportable Reports

Enable export of consolidated and historical reports for audit, compliance, and operational review.

Native Capability (Preferred)

Provide this functionality as a built-in platform feature (IBM/Fabric), eliminating reliance on custom code.
