Ability to choose which version of wx.gov and wx.ai to install using the Azure Marketplace - BYOL

EY is a big customer of IBM watsonx.gov and IBM watsonx.ai the Azure ARO platform. They are using the Azure Marketplace - BYOL method to deploy both wx.gov and wx.ai on ARO. Currently, the latest GA version of the products along with their latest publicly available patches is the only option to install the products. This is very prohibitive and it assumes that customers will always choose the latest GA version of these products.

The reality is that enterprise customers are not necessarily quick to jump to the latest and the greatest. Unless there is an absolute need to install the latest, enterprise customers will follow their own policies and runbooks that introduces the least cost, risk and disruption when deploying and scaling their existing solution. It takes a window of time to prove out the latest releases in a non-production environment before they adopt them into production systems especially when their production is already stable, smoothly operational and highly used by their customers.
