Support Snowflake Session Output Format Configuration in JDBC Connection

Currently, Snowflake connectivity depends on user/account-level settings for DATE_OUTPUT_FORMAT and TIMESTAMP_OUTPUT_FORMAT. This requires customers to manually update Snowflake user configurations before establishing a connection.

Please consider enhancing the JDBC integration to handle unsupported Snowflake date/timestamp output formats automatically (for example, by setting compatible session parameters during connection initialization or by supporting additional Snowflake formats). This would remove the dependency on customer-side user configuration and improve the out-of-the-box connectivity experience.
