Cloud Pak for Data / CommonServices needs to support preferred login by named IDP

Cloud Pak for Data uses CommonServices which supports the use of preferredLogin to an authentication type. This only works if there is a single registered authentication type. For example if I only have one OIDC IDP and I set preferredLogin to OIDC, then CPD will automatically attempt to login with that IDP. We have a need to support multiple of the same authention types (e.g. multiple OIDC) but we want to be able to specify preferredLogin to be set to a specific IDP so that CPD will automatically use that IDP by default.

We need to be able to specify preferredLogin to the IDP name instead of a general authentication type so that CPD will always automatically use the specified IDP even if we have additional IDPs of the same authentication type. Our clients' experience with SSO between various tools including CPD should be seemless and CPD should not present another login selection menu if the user is already logged in with the preferredLogin IDP. This needs to be available for our currently version 4.14.
