Add lineage support for the IBM DB2 for z/OS connector

We request that IBM Knowledge Catalog (IKC) add support for scanning and generating lineage for connections created with the IBM DB2 for z/OS connector.

Using the connector and a non-personal ID (NPID), we can successfully connect to DB2 for z/OS, import metadata, and preview assets. We have also verified that the NPID has access to the SYSIBM database and the relevant tables.

However, IKC does not currently provide lineage scanning or generation for this connection. IBM has confirmed that this capability is not currently available, so we are submitting this request for enhancement.

We work in the healthcare industry, where environments may include security configurations such as FIPS-enabled components. We have not confirmed whether FIPS is relevant to this enhancement, but wanted to share it as potential environmental context.

Requested outcome: Enable IKC to scan and generate lineage for supported assets accessed through the IBM DB2 for z/OS connector.
