1. Personal access token with permission ( Project permissions -> Write, Repository permissions -> Write ) created in Bitbucket and added to the user profile in Cloud Pak for Data. The user has write permission in bitbucket project.
2.Create an empty project from bitbucket in Cloud Pak for Data and the project is created successfully. Go to the project and add a csv data file as asset and file is successfully added to the project.
3. Click 'Pull and Sync' from project and then confirm sync by selecting the added file and correct bitbucket access token.
4. Can't sync error is shown and the bitbucket is not synced. This only works if the Personal access token has the Admin permission ( Project permissions -> Admin, Repository permissions -> Admin ) . Having admin permissions for projects is not allowed for data scientists and business analyst users in the regulated industry due to Segregation of Duties and other regulatory requirements. Hence 'Pull and Sync' must be allowed with Bitbucket personal access token with Write permissions. Otherwise this tool won't be usable for business users.
