Allow custom hardware specifications for Online Deployments such as for a Shiny app

We have users that have a need for different hardware configurations when deploying a RShiny application in their deployment space. They need high amount of memory but only need 2 cpu. We dont want them to deploy the application with a high amount of cpu just so they can get the higher amount of memory the app needs. In some situations we only need 2cpu but need 200gb of ram which is not available at all. The default hardware options are not adequate.

The available options are limited to:

1 cpu / 4gb ram
2 cpu / 8gb ram
4 cpu / 16gb ram
8 cpu / 32gb ram
16 cpu / 64gb ram

Is it possible to define custom environment sizes for these types of deployments? If a user can define it themselves that is great but we are also OK if an Admin has to do the work to make additional hardware sizes available in the list.
