Enable CTL files code scan in IFPC Analysis

Hi Team,

As per the framework at Dell, Teradata Utilities scripts are invoked from IFPC project specific directories which is limiting the lineage capability of Manta between these two technologies despite both onboarded and scanned.

For the Manta supported Teradata utilities which is BTEQ and TPT, we would like the IFPC scan enhanced to consume .ctl files from the IFPC VM that get generated based on the connection type specified in IFPC at session configuration.

Also, we would want rest of the Teradata utilities viz., FastLoad, MLOAD, TPUMP, FastExport IFPC connections that generate similar .ctl files having the relevant code with in those to be considered as part of IFPC scan.

Enabling the above capability in Manta would help in alleviating the Cross System Lineage gaps between these two technologies that provide the connection capability in IFPC for Teradata's utilization in an optimal way.

Kindly let us know if any other details are needed in delivering the requested functionality within Manta earliest.
