Enhancement in Manta Orchestration API

Creating this request for the follow up the IBM case : TS018934986  We need below enhancement in Manta Orchestration API.

please find below limitations that were noted while using fetch workflow executions API from Manta

 While using public API from Manta(*******/manta-admin-gui/public/process-manager/v1/executions) to fetch workflow executions, it is mandatory to pass the finishedExecutionsLimit parameter in order to retrieve the complete set of workflows executed for a date range. If this parameter is not provided, the API returns only 5 results by default.

 As a result, we are currently unable to determine the total count of workflows for a given period which limits our ability to implement proper pagination when consuming API via the public URL. This limitation can potentially be addressed through one of the following approaches

                               Introducing a new API endpoint that returns the total count of workflows executed for a given date range (OR)

                               Enhancing the existing fetch workflow execution API by including an additional field in the response to provide the total count of workflows for the specified period

• When attempting to retrieve workflows with a Pending/Planning status for a specified date range we are unable to get the expected data because these workflows do not yet have executionStartFrom and executionStartTo values as execution has not begun.

Currently addedToWaitingQueue timestamp is available for such workflows. To address this, an additional filter in the existing fetch workflow execution API – based on addedToWaitingQueue Datetime is needed. This enhancement would allow us to accurately query pending/planning items for a date range.
