Upgrade Manta with an option to skip creation of backup folder

As we are aware, while upgrading manta (eg: from version 42.10.2 to 42.12.0), there is a creation of backup folder automatically by the upgrade script. This backup folder is just a copy of the Manta installation directory and it takes a huge space based on the original size of Manta installation directory. For example: in my case it was 251GB and it is a huge space. Also in our case we do not rely on this backup folder to rollback if the upgrade fails or any blocker issue is observed. We use aws backup which ultimately makes the space occupied by the backup folder of no use and additionally the time taken to create the backup folder is also of no use.
