Publish an API to access "Active Tag" import process warning log.

Refer: TS021128898 for details.

Currently Manta allows adding Active Tag to table columns in Manta flow-viewer. For this we do execute a workflow with a "Open MANTA Extentions" connection and attach a CSV file which contains the list of column that we want to add the "Active Tag". For example.

/SAS/correct/path/to/a/column_1,MyActiveTag,YES

This works fine for positive scenario. However in case of negative scenario if the path to the column is incorrect, then those logs are available only in flow-server under "/mantaflow/server/manta-dataflow-server-dir/logs/manta-dataflow.log". There is NO API available to access these warning message. For example consider input as:

/SAS/incorrect/path/to/a/column_2,MyActiveTag,YES

It will be very helpful if we have an Manta API to access those warning logs so that we can take necessary action against those incorrect paths.
