Visually distinguish lineage added by scanners vs other means

Lineage can be added to Manta via two broad methods:

1. Via the built in scanners

2. Via API's Manta exposes (Open Manta Desinger, Open Lineage, Open Manta Extentions)

 

There is a need to distingush between the two because:

1. It allows us to understand how mcuh lineage is natively supported by scanners vs other means

2. Lineage from scanners are inherently trustworthy while that added via API may need to be perodically be certified by humans

 

Therefore, provide methods to distingush all lineage in Manta into two camps (added via scanners, versus all other lineage). This can then be filtered or visualized.

A helpful analogy is examining dinosaur fossils in a museum. Authentic bones are clearly distinguished from replicas so that visitors can appreciate the difference, while still viewing the dinosaur as a complete specimen
