Ability to interrupt export process to Alation

(opened as a side-effect of production incident TS020891437)

Background: When Manta uploads lineage to Alation, it starts a thread on the MantaFlow server process. This is unlike extraction and analysis processes wheere there are seperate processes started, which can be killed from the UI. If the UI cannot terminate, then one can use the OS to kill thr pocess (such as using the kill command in Linux)

Now, if the Manta export workflow needs to be killed for whatever reason (it is taking too long, the system is unresponsive), there is no method for the user to stop this. The only method is for the user to kill MantaFlow viewer itself, which can then prevent other users from viewing lineage.

the Ask:

This feature-request asks for a method to stop the upload prpcess without having to kill the whole Flow Viewer. This can be done in many ways - such as moving the upload logic to a seperate process, or adding an API to interrupt and stop the upload thread.
